A Day in the Life Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. • Develops and communicates the strategic, financial, and administrative implications of proposed and/or implemented pricing policy. • Develops price recommendations to ensure compliance with policy. • Recommends positions for pricing and reimbursement strategies for current and future products across all relevant customer and market segments. • May review competition to determine price of new product. • Provides input on final pricing contracts. • May plan and develop market research and analysis. Required Knowledge and Experience:  ·        • At least 5 years of experience in pricing, namely pricing strategy, market optimization, product profitability, tender and reimbursements. • Significant experience is required in price, sales or downstream/operational marketing. The last one to two positions should have been in international pricing positions or in a major pricing consultancy firm. • Knowledge of tender and reimbursement systems in Europe • Excellent analytic and strategic skills - Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, strong modelling skills (Excel) • Act with autonomy, performs work without appreciable direction. • Strong Leadership and influence skills, business acumen and financial understanding, as well as communication and negotiation skills • Experience in managing cross-functional, cross country and cross-business issues and generate impact through others within a matrix structure and an intercultural environment. • Fluent in English, any other European language is a benefit. • University degree or equivalent.   Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.  ‌ ‌     Recruitment Fraud Alert   We are aware of phishing scams targeting job seekers.
