US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

You manage complex, long-cycle account dynamics without losing revenue momentum. • Manages Complexity: You manage complex, multi-stakeholder account environments involving long renewal cycles, competing priorities, and cross-functional dependencies. • Collaborates: You build trusted working relationships across CS, Sales, Product, and executive leadership. You are recognized as a reliable cross-functional partner who coordinates delivery across complex accounts. • Engaged: You share our values and possess the essential competencies needed to thrive at Redica. • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field. • Proven success leading enterprise-level account management or strategic sales initiatives, preferably in a B2B technology or software setting. • Experience in or exposure to the life sciences quality, regulatory, and compliance domain. • Strong commercial acumen with advanced negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. • Proficiency in CRM and account planning tools for managing pipeline, forecasting, and customer engagement.
