About us
Lea and Jonas scaled two of Europe's leading construction tech companies - Capmo and alcemy - and saw firsthand the challenges holding the industry back. Now they're tackling the root cause: the 50% of construction work still lost to manual data handling.
Kuro is building the AI foundation for construction. We're reimagining how construction professionals get work done and make decisions by leveraging AI to augment back-office workflows and make core data accessible. We are not pursuing marginal improvements, but a step change for construction.
After one year on the market, the biggest construction enterprises in DACH with a combined annual construction volume of >€40 billion use Kuro every day to automate workflows and make faster, better decisions. We’ve built a strong base but we are only getting started. The biggest construction players in the world all at a billion revenue scale started where we are deeply embedded in the core back-office workflows. Backed by an €10 million seed round, we are going after this opportunity but we think in the age of AI you can capture 10x of that.
We are 15 people based in Berlin. You will join a group of technical ex-founders and builders who are ambitious and kind.

As our Founding Key Account Manager , you'll grow and deepen relationships with Kuro's largest customers while building our key account management function from the ground up. You'll own the strategy and execution of turning customer relationships into long-term partnerships, ensuring customers realize measurable value from Kuro while identifying and driving opportunities for expansion.
You’ll work closely with Lea, our CEO & Co-Founder, as your main partner on key account strategy, and alongside our GTM, Customer Success and Product teams. • Company level: Kuro
• Build the function: Set up Kuro’s key account management from the ground up. That means playbooks, tools, account reviews and a clear handover model with Customer Success, so expansion becomes a repeatable engine rather than a set of one-off deals.
• Shape monetization: Define pricing and packaging together with Lea (CEO) and Leo (GTM) so customers can easily expand their use of Kuro.
• Be the voice of the customer: Turn what you hear in your accounts into clear product priorities and new module opportunities, together with Product.
