• Lead multidisciplinary clash detection and model coordination efforts to identify, resolve, and mitigate design and constructability issues.
• Ensure project designs incorporate best practices for constructability, operability, maintainability, safety, and long-term asset performance.
• Support project teams by fostering collaboration across engineering, operations, facilities, commissioning, and end-user functions.
• Monitor BIM deliverables to ensure compliance with project standards, regulatory requirements, and execution plans.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience serving as a BIM Lead or BIM Manager on large-scale greenfield capital projects within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, or highly regulated industrial sectors.
• Minimum 15 years of experience delivering complex engineering and construction projects, with significant involvement in design, engineering, construction, and project execution phases.
• Demonstrated expertise in BIM execution planning, multidisciplinary model coordination, clash resolution, and digital project delivery.
• Strong understanding of facility design principles, including manufacturing environments, laboratories, utilities, cleanrooms, process systems, and supporting infrastructure.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed project teams and coordinating with engineering consultants, contractors, equipment vendors, and owner stakeholders.
• Proficiency in industry-standard BIM and 3D modeling platforms such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, and related digital delivery tools.
