No salary bar for this route
H-1B has no fixed salary bar: the employer must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role and area. Cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level. US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role

Big changes start with people who want to achieve more. How do employees get to work? Why do company cars sit idle while parking spaces are scarce? And how can we make sustainable mobility the most attractive choice? At Urban Connect , we turn these challenges into practical solutions. We bring shared e-bikes and company cars, public transport, mobility budgets and digital parking management together on one platform. We help companies reduce costs, make better use of resources and give their employees greater freedom. Companies such as Roche, Google, SWISS and Lonza already rely on us. Our ambition goes further: we want to transform how companies manage mobility. To make that happen, we are looking for curious minds who take ownership and want to make a difference together. Your internship: accelerated learning, real responsibility Want to understand how a technology company grows—and help make it happen? During this six-month internship, you will work closely with our Sales and Account Management team, as well as Product and Operations. You will learn to understand customer needs, develop compelling solutions and turn data into tangible business opportunities. Your initiative matters. You will contribute your own ideas, take on increasing responsibility and see the impact of your work. How you will make a difference • Turn data into opportunities: analyse usage and market data, including vehicle and parking utilisation, and translate your findings into recommendations for better corporate mobility solutions. • Drive your own projects: Work with the team lead to take ownership of clearly defined projects, such as analysing products, assessing sales opportunities and developing corporate mobility concepts. • Understand the product: learn how customers are set up on our platform, how bookings and billing work, and how vehicles and parking barriers are connected. • Work smarter with AI: use AI tools thoughtfully, test new applications and help us improve research, analysis and everyday processes. • Help drive growth: identify prospective customers, research their challenges and support the team in winning new business and expanding existing partnerships. • Make a compelling case: create clear presentations, well-founded proposals and insightful quarterly reviews that demonstrate the value of our solutions. • Keep things moving: maintain accurate customer data and activities in HubSpot, ensuring good conversations lead to clear next steps. • Connect teams: resolve technical questions with the Product, Operations and Technology teams and communicate the answers clearly to customers and the Commercial team. What you bring • An excellent degree, for example in business, economics, data science, engineering or industrial engineering. We are looking for excellence, curiosity, creativity and courage - not to have studied a perfect subject. • Some practical experience through an internship, part-time job, personal project or entrepreneurial initiative. • An analytical mindset, confidence with Excel and the ability to understand and communicate complex ideas and interdependencies clearly and simply. • Ability to think outside of the box and to question conventional ways of doing things. • Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot - and the excellent judgement to critically assess their output. In fact, good judgment is a key criterion for success with us. • An interest in technological progress, the curiosity to truly understand how things work, and the confidence to contribute your questions and ideas to a highly motivated team. • Excellent German and good English skills. French is a big plus. Above all, we value your mindset: you learn quickly, ask thoughtful questions and think ahead. You take initiative,
