About the role

Your Mission Cosuno is the AI construction platform connecting the European construction industry. We're reconnecting one of Europe's largest and still largely analogue industries with AI: general contractors publish their tenders on Cosuno and find the right subcontractors, and subcontractors find the projects that fit them and win more of them. As our Organic Growth Manager, you make Cosuno the answer when contractors and trade firms search, on Google and in AI assistants: through our blog, our website and Marketplace pages, and the sources AI answers rely on. And you join just in time for our biggest marketing project of the year, the website relaunch with our agency, which you'll use to grow organic traffic significantly. You'll be one of the first to join the marketing lead in a lean marketing team: you'll shape how it operates as it scales, not just execute inside a fixed setup. What you'll do • You build our blog into a steady source of qualified sign-ups: an editorial plan from search data, sales calls and trade press, original research from our platform data, and customer stories, written to a high German standard with freelance writers and AI tools. • You own website SEO: public Marketplace pages, landing pages and programmatic trade and region pages, plus technical health, structure and speed. • You make Cosuno the source AI assistants cite (GEO and AEO): answer-first pages, structured content and a tracked set of the prompts our customers ask. • You start our content partnerships: guest posts, joint studies and collaborations with trade media and partners that earn links and mentions. Until our Partnerships & Social Manager joins in mid-2027, you also keep organic LinkedIn and our founders' posts running, then hand them over. • Your big project in year one: the website relaunch. Our agency builds the new site and owns sitemap and design; you are their SEO sparring partner and the owner of SEO for the move: you set the requirements, challenge the structure, own redirects and migration checks, and turn the relaunch into a clear jump in organic traffic. Until it goes live, you make the small changes on the current site that matter most. • You use AI to make organic faster and better: with our GTM & Growth Engineer you keep automating research, briefs, content and reporting, and test new formats, landing pages and free tools built on our platform data. You pick the smart solution, not the shiny one, and scale what brings sign-ups. • You measure the path from impression to qualified sign-up and demo request, and report what organic contributes. What You Bring • You've owned SEO and content for a B2B or two-sided platform and can show growth in qualified sign-ups or pipeline, not just rankings. • Strong technical SEO: you've owned SEO through a site migration or relaunch and grown traffic through it. • Hands-on experience with AI search and how language models choose their sources. • You write excellent German, brief writers well and turn data into blog posts and stories that search, AI answers and journalists pick up. • You're data-driven and at home in Search Console, GA4, Semrush or similar. • You work AI-first: you set the strategy, automate what can be automated with our engineer and steer writers and the agency, rather than write everything yourself. You get things done and learn fast in a small team. • Native-level German and fluent English: most of our content is German. Your Benefits • Room to shape and grow: You own organic growth from the ground up, including the website relaunch, our biggest marketing project of the year. • AI at the core: Our product uses AI to analyze millions of price data points and help construction companies bid better — and we invest in it just as much internally. You'll
