Associate or Experienced Procurement Agent Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Global Services, Government (BGS-G) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate or Experienced Procurement Agent to join our Top Tier Supplier Organization in Hazelwood, MO . The Experienced Procurement Agent will support procurement activities across assigned programs, commodities, or supplier relationships.   Position Responsibilities : • Plans and implements activities related to the timely, cost-effective procurement of goods and services • Responsible for researching, sourcing, evaluating and processing orders to purchase services, supplies and equipment based on price, service, quality and warranty to meet customer needs • Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply, optimizing execution of the supply chain while balancing inventory, supply orders and schedule demand • Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements • Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements   Basic Qualifications: • 1+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or supplier management • 1+ years’ experience with interacting directly with suppliers regarding contract requirements and/or proposals • Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Preferred Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or supplier management • Bachelor’s Degree – Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field of study • Experience working in manufacturing, aerospace, defense or a complex supply chain environment • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple competing priorities   Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process   Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies .   Total Rewards & Pay Transparency: At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.  Elements of the Total Rewards package include competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities.    The Boeing Company also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and a number of programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.    The specific programs and options available to any given employee may vary depending on eligibility factors such as geographic location, date of hire, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.   Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.    Associate Summary Pay Range : $69,700 – $94,300 Experienced Summary Pay Range: $88,400 - $119,600 Language Requirements: Not Applicable Education: Not Applicable Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
