US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role
About the role
Wunderkind is hiring a Technical Account Manager for the Delivery team in Existing Business. You'll be the post-sale technical expert for our live US and EMEA clients: diagnosing tracking and data issues, auditing performance, and scoping technical asks for the right team. CSMs own the client relationship and renewal; you own the technical answer.
You'll work alongside a second Technical Account Manager and partner closely with CSMs, Implementation Managers, Professional Services Engineering and Product.
What you'll do
• Investigate live issues such as conversion integrity, revenue drops and tracking gaps, and drive them to a root cause and fix.
• Debug the Wunderkind WebSDK within data layers, GTM, Adobe Launch and Shopify using browser dev tools.
• Reconcile GA4 and Wunderkind attribution, and run conversion and capture-rate analysis that CSMs can take into renewal conversations.
• Run end-to-end performance audits of client setups and deliver clear recommendations.
• Set up and validate data transfers (SFTP, cloud buckets, APIs), including suppression and subscriber feeds.
• Advise clients on consent and CMP setup, such as OneTrust, so identity and consent flow correctly into their system of record and Wunderkind tags fire properly.
• Scope technical asks and product prerequisites into clear specs for Professional Services Engineering.
• Decide whether an issue is a client fix, an engineering fix or a product request, and route it with the right context.
• Share feature requests and bugs with Product based on patterns you see across accounts.
• Build playbooks, documentation and AI-assisted tools that make common investigations faster.
• Develop and exhibit technical subject matter expertise for Wunderkind, including implementation, integrations, architecture, security, compliance, deliverability, and product roadmap, becoming the trusted advisor of our clients' technical stakeholders
What you'll bring
• 3+ years in a post-sale technical role at a SaaS or martech company, such as technical account management, solutions engineering, support escalations or implementation.
• Hands-on web tracking debugging: browser dev tools, data layers, GTM, Adobe Launch and Shopify.
• Working knowledge of major ESPs (Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Bloomreach, Sailthru) and how signals & API connections work within them.
• Comfort with SFTP, cloud buckets, REST APIs and JSON, plus file mapping and validation.
• Attribution and conversion analytics, including why GA4 and a vendor platform report different numbers.
• Strong client-facing writing. You can explain a root cause to a marketer and a fix to an engineer.
• The ability to manage many accounts at once and keep clients and internal teams updated.
Nice to have
• Mobile SDK experience (iOS, Android).
• Privacy and CMP knowledge, such as OneTrust, GDPR and CCPA.
• Light SQL or scripting (Python, JavaScript).
• Experience building AI-assisted tools or workflows.
What success looks like
• Live issues are diagnosed quickly, with a clear root cause and owner.
• CSMs go into renewals with credible technical answers and audit findings.
• Common investigations become repeatable through documentation and tooling.
The base salary range for this role is $115,000.00 to $140,000.00. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
