Job Title IT Service Support Job Description Job title: IT Service Support Your role: Job Responsibilities: • Assists end users by providing detailed training on specific applications, offering advice and guidance on their use to enhance user proficiency and satisfaction, thereby improving overall productivity, and reducing downtime, working under close supervision. • Helps to investigate recurring issues to identify root causes, implementing solutions to prevent recurrence and improve the overall reliability of supported applications and technologies, thereby enhancing the stability and performance of IT services. • Supports in handling multiple support activities simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet service level agreements, while ensuring that critical issues are addressed promptly and effectively. • Prepares comprehensive documentation for support processes and user guides, ensuring that all information is clear, accurate, and accessible to both the support team and end users, which aids in faster resolution of issues and better user understanding. • Responds promptly to user inquiries and support requests, utilizing strong interpersonal and communication skills to address and resolve user concerns professionally and efficiently, thereby enhancing user satisfaction and trust in IT services. You're the right fit if: • Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS • Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies • Knowledge of software security best practices • Proficiency in programming language such as C#, JavaScript, LINQ • Understanding of object-oriented programming principles • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts • Familiarity with SQL databases and SQL queries How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
