Identity & Access Management (IAM) & Directory Services • Administer and optimize Anaplan's enterprise Okta tenant, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Adaptive Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), SAML 2.0, and OIDC integrations [2]. • Implement, maintain, and monitor automated user lifecycle management (provisioning, role changes, and de-provisioning) using SCIM and Okta Workflows connected to our core HRIS (Workday) and downstream enterprise targets [2]. • Design, audit, and enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), least-privilege policies, security groups, and privileged identity workflows in compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and enterprise security standards [2]. • Maintain directory synchronization health between cloud identity providers, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and enterprise directory architectures [2]. 2. Microsoft 365 & Cloud Endpoint Administration • Manage, configure, and maintain the Microsoft 365 enterprise tenant, including Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams [2]. • Administer Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM), creating and deploying compliance policies, device configuration profiles, and conditional access policies across Windows and macOS fleets [2]. • Oversee endpoint packaging, patch management schedules, and software distribution workflows to ensure fleet-wide security compliance and rapid vulnerability remediation. 3. Enterprise Collaboration & SaaS Platform Operations • Oversee corporate SaaS platforms, including Slack Enterprise Grid, Google Workspace, Zoom, and the Atlassian suite (Jira Service Management, Confluence) [2]. • Manage Slack enterprise governance, channel architecture, user permissions, third-party app directory integrations, and security policies [2]. • Configure and maintain enterprise SaaS connectors and RESTful API integrations between identity providers, ticketing platforms, and enterprise business applications [2]. 4. Automation, Scripting & Process Engineering • Develop and maintain modular automation scripts using PowerShell , Python , or Bash to automate repetitive operational tasks, bulk administrative workflows, and system health checks [2]. • Leverage RESTful APIs, Microsoft Graph API, Okta APIs, and webhooks to connect enterprise systems and streamline data exchange between IT services [2]. • Participate in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives to define, version, and deploy cloud configuration where applicable [4]. 5. Escalation Support, Incident Management & Continuous Improvement • Serve as a Tier 2 / Tier 3 escalation point for complex technical issues impacting enterprise
