Within the Global Skills & Credentials org, the Teaching & Learning team brings together learning design experts and researchers who provide best practices, training, and consulting for content development. We work closely with global partners, content creators, and cross-functional teams to design and scale transformational learning experiences, using research, experimentation, and data insights to improve learner satisfaction, engagement, and outcomes. About the Role: The Sr. Manager, Learning Design, is a full-time, India-based role responsible for leading and evolving Coursera’s Learning Design team, a group of experts dedicated to designing, prototyping, producing, and measuring the impact of innovative, scalable learning experiences. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Coursera’s global learning content meets the highest pedagogical standards, while driving operational excellence and innovation across our design models and APAC partnerships. In this role, you’ll lead a growing team of learning designers focused on delivering high-quality content through Coursera’s partners, production vendors, and internal development initiatives. You will set strategic direction, define team goals, develop talent and establish efficient processes that enable the creation of scalable content models and learning analytics systems while partnering closely with global stakeholders.
