About the role

Company overview Mindpeak is building cutting-edge AI technology to transform cancer diagnostics for the better. Our AI-powered software is already in clinical use across more than 25 countries, helping pathologists assess tumour tissue faster, more accurately, and more consistently. Every year, tens of thousands of cancer patients already benefit from quicker and more accurate diagnoses enabled by our technology. Our mission is to scale this impact worldwide and help make personalised, effective cancer treatment accessible to every patient no matter where they are. By combining state-of-the-art AI with real-world clinical impact, we're working toward a future where every cancer patient gets the best possible diagnosis and, ultimately, the best possible care. The role Laboratories are digitising fast, and demand for our diagnostic AI has outgrown the way we deliver it. Every new lab is a project with many moving parts: our software is connected to the lab's image management and information systems, our AI is calibrated and validated on their cases, pathologists are trained, and the requirements of their market and accreditors are met. Each project brings together lab directors, pathologists and IT on the customer side, scanner and software partners, and our product, ML, engineering and quality teams internally. Usually several of these projects run at the same time and compete for the same people. As Clinical Implementation Manager you own the delivery of these projects, from signed contract to routine clinical use. You set the plan, direct the specialists who do the technical work, make the trade-offs when projects compete, and carry the go-live date. From day one you own around 10 lab customers in parallel, from smaller labs to important accounts, without needing someone to tell you what to do next. This is a senior delivery role. We are looking for someone who has done this before and can take ownership quickly, not someone who will learn project execution on the job. It is not a sales role and carries no sales target. What you'll own Delivery of our lab implementations • Own each implementation end to end: plan, milestones, dependencies, risks and the committed go-live date. • Run several implementations in parallel. Sequence them, decide what moves first when they compete for ML, engineering or customer time, and escalate only what you cannot resolve. • Drive technical integration with the lab and its partners (IMS, LIS, scanners, network and security reviews), working directly with our engineers and the customer's IT. • Direct the work of our product, ML, engineering and quality teams and of the customer's staff. Get firm commitments, follow them up, and don't accept "not possible right now" without a plan. • Accompany the validation each lab runs before go-live. The lab's medical director designs the study; you make sure the setup works, our teams deliver what the validation depends on, and the lab has everything it needs to finish. • Raise risks early, with options and a recommendation, rather than after a date slips. The customer relationship through go-live and beyond • Be the lab's main operational contact: run the regular project calls, send the recaps, keep every open item owned and dated on both sides. • After go-live, own support for your labs: monitor usage, resolve what you can, coordinate product and engineering on the rest, and close the loop. • Bring structured customer feedback into product planning, and flag expansion opportunities to Sales. How we deliver • Use and improve our delivery playbook, tracking and tooling so each implementation is faster and more predictable than the last. What success looks like after six months • You run our small and mid-size lab implementations independently, w
