About the role

About Wunder Mobility Wunder Mobility builds the software that powers shared mobility worldwide. Our platform runs 20M+ successful trips yearly, processing 50M+ daily API calls, across 500 cities in Europe, the US, and Asia. Operators like Forest (London), Green Mobility (Copenhagen), and Flexar (Singapore) rely on us every day to move cities forward. What you will do • Demos and pilots. Run demos and pilots for the deals our leadership leads, and set up each prospect's demo or pilot environment. • Onboarding and launch. Own the plan, the timeline and the customer relationship from signature to go-live, with a technical lead from our team. • Your accounts. Own adoption, health, NPS, renewals, upselling and cross-selling, starting with an existing customer and adding the new accounts you help win. Along the way, you refine our demo and sales playbooks with the team and help build the AI workflows behind our customer work. The AI you'll work with • From week one, you prepare customer calls, account health checks, and ticket replies with Claude and our own shared skills, connected to our tickets, CRM, meeting notes, and product data. • Our company knowledge base is written for people and AI alike, so answers start from how we actually work. • Our product has AI built in. With Wunder AI, operators ask questions about their own fleet and rental data. You show it in demos and help customers use it. • We have a company standard for how we use AI at work, and the whole team works to it. • We are a founding partner of House of AI Hamburg. It shares the room with our team and hosts several evening events a week for Hamburg's AI community. What you bring • 4+ years in customer-facing B2B software roles where you owned accounts: customer success, account management, implementation or solutions consulting. • You have run demos and pilots, and you can explain a complex platform in the language of the customer's business. • You have taken customers from signature to go-live, with a plan, deadlines and several parties involved. • AI is part of your recurring work and runs on real data. In our first call, you show us one workflow (anonymised or on sample data is fine) and tell us what you check. • Fluent German and English. • You enjoy taking existing processes and playbooks and making them better. Nice to have • Experience in shared mobility, at an operator or a platform provider. • Go-to-market or marketing experience. • Something you built with AI that other people now use. What you can expect • A fixed salary of €65,000 to €80,000 per year, reviewed every 12 months. • The new accounts you help win, from demo to launch and beyond. • Direct work with our CEO and leadership on deals and customers. • The AI tools you need. Within six months, you own at least one AI workflow that the team or company uses, with time set aside to build it. • Written reviews of your scope and pay with our CEO and your manager: after your first launch, when your book reaches four accounts, and after 12 months at the latest. • Hybrid working: in our Hamburg office on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. • A 2-year fixed-term contract with 6 months' probation How we hire • Apply with your CV and short answers (a few sentences each, or a Loom recording) to two questions: Which customer did you take from pilot or signature to launch, and what would you do differently next time? What is the most useful AI workflow you set up in the last 90 days, and when did you catch it being wrong? • Intro call , 30 minutes, with our Head of Customer Success. You show us one AI workflow you use. • Case , at most 3 hours of preparation: a demo and a launch plan for a fictional operator, based on a short brief we send you.
