About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Risk Manager to join our organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a strategic role designed for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 8 years of specialized experience in risk management within the real estate sector and project management environment. Conduct thorough risk assessments across real estate portfolios, development projects, and operational activities.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies aligned with project requirements and timelines.
• Prepare detailed risk reports and documentation for stakeholder review and board presentations
• Establish and maintain risk management frameworks, controls, and procedures to minimize organizational exposure
• Conduct risk workshops, training and awareness programs to promote a risk-conscious culture throughout the organization
• Review contracts and agreements to identify potential risks and recommend protective measures
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in risk management, with substantial focus on the real estate sector and project risk
• Proven expertise in risk assessment, analysis, and mitigation strategies
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis and risk modeling techniques
• Demonstrated experience with risk management software and analytical tools
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
