About the role

About Apaleo Apaleo is the world’s most open, API-first property management platform powering the next generation of hospitality operations. Its modular, AI-powered infrastructure enables hoteliers to customise their tech stack, automate routine work, and deliver seamless, personalised guest experiences, powered by best-in-class apps and autonomous AI agents that adapt to every stay. Every great integration starts with a conversation. As a Technical Partnerships Manager, you are the person partners talk to when they want to build on Apaleo. You will help partners, from early-stage startups to large corporates, build integrations that work well for hotels. You will explain our APIs, review how partners have built their use case and show them what good looks like. You will work with CTOs, product managers and developers, switching context quickly and enjoying the technical detail. This is a technical, partner-facing role, not a commercial one. What you’ll do • Onboard new integration partners and guide them from first contact to go-live • Explain how Apaleo works and how partners can best use our APIs for their use case • Certify apps for the Apaleo Store, review how they are built and recommend improvements • Help partners improve both the business and technical logic of their integrations • Monitor partner API performance, using tools like Datadog, and spot issues before they become problems • Resolve support tickets from partners, and escalations from customers about integrations • Tell partners when our API changes and help them adapt • Write and update our developer documentation, including guides that show what a good integration looks like • Reach out to potential partners where demand exists, for example French partners as our sales team expands into France • Share technical requirements and business opportunities from partner work with product, marketing, business development and customer success What you’ll bring Essential • Experience in hospitality or travel tech, in any role from customer success to revenue management or reservations. • Understanding of the hotel tech ecosystem: PMS, channel managers, booking engines, payments and distribution, and how data flows between them • A clear grasp of what an API is, and the confidence to join technical conversations with developers. “I don’t know, let me find out” is the right attitude • Technical curiosity. You don’t need to write code, but you enjoy digging into why something broke • The ability to explain technical topics to non-technical people, and commercial topics to engineers • Experience managing technology partners or similar external stakeholders • A proactive mindset, and the ability to switch context quickly Nice to have • Basic knowledge of REST, OAuth and webhooks • Experience with log management or monitoring tools such as Datadog • Experience with a marketplace or app store programme • Experience with certification or QA processes for integrations • German or French You don’t need to tick every box. If you have a strong hospitality or travel tech background and the curiosity to go deeper into technology, we want to hear from you. What We Offer Culture & Growth • A Diverse & International Team: Work alongside passionate professionals from over 20 nationalities, bringing unique cultural perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences to shape the future of hospitality tech. • Growth & Development: As we scale, so do your opportunities. You’ll benefit from 360° feedback reviews, a dedicated learning budget, and plenty of chances to take on more responsibility. Our evolving career framework ensures you have increasing opportunities to learn new skills, advance your career, and make an impact. • Autonomy & Ownership: Great ideas can co
