REQUIREMENTS You should: • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine or another healthcare-related field, together with a Master’s degree in a relevant business or commercial discipline, such as Business Administration, Management or Marketing • Have 1 - 5 years of relevant professional experience • Hold Vietnamese citizenship and be available to work in Ho Chi Minh City • Demonstrate strong English communication skills, equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or above • Demonstrate strong leadership potential, learning agility, curiosity and adaptability • Bring a passion for innovation and improving patient outcomes • Demonstrate digital and AI capability through practical application or relevant use cases • Be open to cross-functional and field-based rotations and, where opportunities arise, international exposure or mobility Recruitment journey Our recruitment process will include the following stages: 1.
