US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). About the role
This role blends the tech and human story. As our Principal Social Media Manager, you'll show what an AI leader in mobility looks like to the insurance, automotive, and public-sector leaders who depend on us, the AI talent who want to build here, and the wider industry watching where mobility AI goes next. You'll put road safety in front of millions of people: drivers, families, and the companies that can change what happens on the road. Behind every number in our data is a person who made it home. Your job is to make people see it, share it, and act on it. Your work will help save lives.
You'll build CMT's social presence from the ground up: start our paid social program, make LinkedIn the place industry leaders follow for mobility AI, and use Instagram and Facebook to show the people and culture behind the work. You'll create amazing content yourself, shape it for each platform, put paid behind what wins and works, and use AI to move faster than teams twice our size.
You'll have a design team, a paid budget, and direct access to leadership. You'll report to the Director of Marketing and work daily with Communications, Design, Product Marketing, Events, and People Operations.
