Practice Director (m/f/d) - SAP Supply Chain Planning

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Director (m/f/d) to lead Business Development and Sales in our SAP Supply Chain Planning practice in Germany . If you have a proven track record in sales, business development, and delivery management within the SAP IBP domain we want to hear from you! How You’ll Make an Impact • Generate leads and opportunities by establishing strong partnerships and maintaining a visible presence in the market. • Drive the sales process for SAP IBP solutions, through pre-sales, proposal writing and contract negotiation. • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the SAP SCP practice, aligning with business objectives and market trends. • Manage customer expectations and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client requirements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement within the practice. Your Expertise • Proven experience in sales and business development within the SAP IBP domain, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. • Deep understanding of demand planning processes and SAP IBP functionality. • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve common goals. • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and support business development activities.
