H-1B has no fixed salary bar: the employer must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role and area. Cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level. US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role

Roboyo AI is a category shaper in Applied AI and Agentic Automation. We help leading enterprises move from automation projects and AI experiments into governed, production-grade systems that execute real work across workflows, processes, products and services. Our heritage is in scaled enterprise automation; our future is Applied AI and Agentic Automation: autonomous agents, AI engineering squads, process orchestration, data and knowledge foundations, and human-in-the-loop governance embedded deeply into how our clients operate. We are not here to sell AI theatre. We are here to turn AI into working systems, measurable outcomes and repeatable transformation programs. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Senior Automation Engineer to design, develop and deliver enterprise-scale automation solutions using UiPath, Automation Anywhere and Python. This is a genuinely hands-on, multi-platform role: you will actively build solutions in all three technologies, not simply oversee delivery. You will own technical delivery from design and development through testing, deployment and optimisation, working with clients and distributed delivery teams. This is a UK-based remote position with occasional travel for client engagements, project workshops and team activities. As an L3 engineer, you will tackle complex technical problems independently, contribute to code quality and engineering standards, and support less experienced colleagues without being expected to act as a dedicated people manager. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Design, develop, test and deploy robust automation solutions using UiPath, Automation Anywhere A360 and Python. • Own technical delivery across the automation lifecycle, including solution design, documentation, release and post-deployment optimisation . • Build integrations with REST APIs, databases and enterprise applications; create maintainable Python applications and components beyond basic scripting. • Develop reusable components and frameworks, applying secure coding, exception handling, logging and operational monitoring practices. • Diagnose and resolve complex automation failures, integration issues and performance bottlenecks in development and production. • Apply engineering standards across Git, peer review, automated testing and CI/CD; contribute to reliable deployments. • Collaborate with architects, technical leads, analysts and clients to translate business needs into practical technical solutions. • Support effort estimation, technical documentation, knowledge sharing and mentoring for junior and mid-level engineers. • Keep current with automation technologies and identify practical opportunities to improve delivery and client outcomes. MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES • 4+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing and delivering RPA or intelligent automation solutions; this does not mean four years in each individual technology. • Strong hands-on UiPath development experience, including Studio, Orchestrator and REFramework . • Strong hands-on Automation Anywhere development experience, particularly Automation 360 (A360) and Control Room. • Strong practical Python development capability beyond basic scripting, including maintainable code, applications, integrations or reusable components. • Demonstrable experience actively developing solutions across UiPath, Automation Anywhere and Python. • Experience owning solutions from technical design and development through testing, deployment and support. • Solid software engineering foundations, including debugging, exception handling, reusable code and testing. • Experience with REST APIs, SQL/databases, JSON, Git and enterprise-system integration. • Ability to investigate complex problems, communicate clearly with technical and
