US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
The role
You will be the hands-on operator behind our Workday work and a key resolver for our core recruiting systems. In the near term you will help test and implement Workday for Talent Acquisition, then support it and improve its processes after go-live. Alongside that, you will resolve issues across Greenhouse and ChartHop for the core processes that recruiters and coordinators depend on, such as backfills and conversions. You will spot patterns in what breaks and fix the process, not just the ticket.
What you will do
Workday testing and implementation
• Partner with the Workday project team and TA stakeholders to document requirements, write and run test scenarios, and track and retest defects.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing with recruiters, coordinators, and business partners, and make sure issues are resolved before go-live.
• Validate data and process flows between Workday and our other TA systems, and help prepare cutover, training materials, and communications.
Workday support and improvement after go-live
• Be a first point of escalation for Workday questions and issues from TA, resolving what you can and routing the rest with clear context.
• Iterate on processes after launch: gather feedback, find friction, and propose and test improvements.
• Keep process documentation and job aids current as configuration and workflows change.
Core systems resolution (Greenhouse and ChartHop)
• Resolve system issues that affect core processes, including backfills, conversions, and requisition and headcount alignment between systems.
• Investigate data and sync discrepancies, fix the root cause where you can, and escalate with a clear summary where you cannot.
• Handle support tickets and requests with consistent quality and response times.
Continuous improvement
• Track recurring issues and questions, identify root causes, and recommend changes to configuration, process, or training.
• Partner with the enablement team so recurring questions become better training and guidance.
• Help define process around outcomes and actual tool usage, so the tools get used correctly and consistently.
How the role evolves
Early on, your time is split between Workday testing and implementation and core systems resolution. After go-live, the balance shifts toward Workday support and process improvement, while core systems resolution continues. As the Workday footprint grows, this role is a natural path toward leading larger systems projects, initiatives, and process improvement for TA to meet increasingly complex and scaling business needs.
