Where you come in As our Global Head of Marketing, you'll lead Qblox's global marketing function with a clear priority: building and running an advanced account-based marketing (ABM) engine that engages high-value accounts across complex, long sales cycles. As quantum computing transitions from experimental labs into commercial SMEs, scale-ups, and broader enterprise ecosystems, our buyers are changing. You will be instrumental in mapping complex buying committees across these evolving commercial ecosystems, national labs, and quantum computer builders, turning our technical leadership into pipeline and orders. This role is based at our headquarters in Delft (hybrid) and involves international travel. What you'll do • Architect Enterprise ABM: Design and execute a tiered ABM framework (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) across EMEA, North America, and APAC, orchestrating multi-touch engagement over 12–24 month cycles. • Own Sales Alignment & MEDDPICC: Align target account lists and tiering closely with Sales, running coordinated programs that empower champions, engage economic buyers, and accelerate deal conversion. • Sharpen GTM & Positioning: Spearhead the global GTM strategy across our modular hardware, Cluster control platform, and software stack, crafting value propositions that resonate with both physicists and executive decision-makers. • Drive Content & Demand: Direct impactful content, digital campaigns, and an event strategy that blends premier scientific conferences with exclusive, invitation-only executive briefings and customer reference initiatives. • Expand Ecosystem & Brand: Establish joint marketing initiatives with strategic partners (QPU manufacturers, software vendors, and system integrators) while overseeing global PR, analyst relations, and employer branding. • Lead & Scale: Mentor and scale a multi-disciplinary marketing team across product marketing, content, design, ABM, and comms, managing the budget with clear attribution to pipeline velocity and revenue growth.
