About the role

Realize your potential by joining the leading performance-driven advertising company and a proud Dun’s 100 Best High-Tech Companies to Work For in Israel! As a Product Analyst on the Product Analytics team in our Tel-Aviv office, you’ll play a vital role in shaping product strategy through data and accelerating decision-making with AI-powered analytics. You’ll partner closely with Product Managers to uncover opportunities, define success metrics, and transform complex data into actionable insights. By combining deep analytical expertise with modern AI tools, you’ll help build smarter products, and raise the bar for how analysis itself gets done, making it faster, more scalable, and more trustworthy across the organization. To thrive in this role, you’ll need: • 3+ years of experience in a data analytics, BI, or Product Analytics role, including at least one significant role within a product-focused team. • Hands-on experience with SQL and BI tools, analyzing large datasets and translating findings into product recommendations. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an analytical field (Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or similar), or equivalent analytical experience. • Hands-on experience leveraging AI to automate workflows and build analytical tools or agents, with a self-driven mindset and a passion for improving how analysis gets done. • A critical eye for quality: you validate AI-generated output, pressure-test your own results, and can explain the method behind a conclusion. • A strong sense of product ownership and proactivity to fully own a product domain, anticipate business needs, and continuously research and adopt evolving data methodologies. Bonus points if you have: • Experience with Python, R, or another scripting language • Experience building data products, internal tools, or analytical frameworks that were adopted beyond your own team. How you’ll make an impact: • Partner with PMs and R&D to drive product decisions, identify opportunities for product improvement, and build products that contribute to company goals. • Research and analyze large, rich datasets to generate useful conclusions, and translate them into clear, actionable narratives for PMs, Engineering, and cross-functional partners. • Design and analyze A/B tests to evaluate and optimize product performance and understand user behavior. • Develop data models, dashboards, and AI tools, skills, and agents that automate analysis and accelerate the team’s work, using AI to explore faster, generate and test hypotheses, and solve challenges the team hasn’t faced before. • Democratize data by creating smart self-serve tools and interfaces that empower PMs, R&D, and other partners to pull data and run basic analyses independently, and shape the standards that keep those answers reliable. • Own and manage multiple data initiatives, both ongoing and ad-hoc, and become the focal point for data matters in your domain.
