About the role

• Menjalankan operasi trimming tayar, menimbang tayar dan mengesahkan berat mengikut spesifikasi yang ditetapkan • Melakukan pemeriksaan visual tayar berdasarkan katalog kualiti. • Mengendalikan serta menyusun tayar siap dengan selamat. • Mengekalkan kebersihan serta amalan 5S di kawasan kerja. • Merekod data pengeluaran untuk tujuan kebolehkesanan ( traceability ) • Mematuhi semua prosedur keselamatan dan kualiti. • Melaporkan masalah pengeluaran, kerosakan peralatan dan bahaya keselamatan. • Memantau prestasi pengeluaran serta bekerjasama dengan pasukan untuk mencapai sasaran dan mengekalkan standard kualiti. • Memiliki Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) atau kelayakan yang setaraf. • Mempunyai kemahiran asas dalam penggunaan komputer. • Tidak mengalami buta warna dan tiada masalah penglihatan (rabun) • Pengalaman asas dalam bidang pembuatan (manufacturing) merupakan satu kelebihan. • Bersedia bekerja mengikut syif dan mematuhi prosedur keselamatan serta kualiti. • Be part of a global leader in tire manufacturing. • Work in a collaborative and innovative environment. • Opportunities for professional growth and development. • Make a tangible impact on operational excellence and team performance.
