The Opportunity
As an Oracle Technical Specialist, you will be a hands-on member of OTS, using your 5+ years of Oracle Fusion technical experience to design, build, and support solutions across our Oracle stack.
Primary focus: Oracle Fusion BI Publisher (BIP) — data models, SQL, RTF/XML templates, bursting, security, performance, and report lifecycle ownership for Finance stakeholders.
You will also contribute across integrations (OIC), databases (Oracle ATP / PostgreSQL), Visual Builder, automation (RPA / Process Automation / AI Agents), and CI/CD / ops tooling . You will partner with business and tech teams, manage delivery with minimal supervision, and balance project work with production support.
In This Role, You’ll Get to Be a
BIP Reporting Specialist (primary)
Design, develop, enhance, and support Oracle Fusion BIP reports end-to-end: data models, SQL, RTF/XML templates, bursting, scheduling, data security, performance tuning, and documentation. Translate Finance requirements into accurate, maintainable, and user-friendly reports. Support OTBI analyses/dashboards where needed.
Oracle Fusion Technical Specialist
Build and support technical solutions across the Oracle Fusion ecosystem — reporting, integrations, extensions, and connectivity to Agoda peripheral systems.
Integration Developer
Build and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) — orchestration, adapters, XSLT mappings, JavaScript libraries, lookups, error handling, scheduling, and monitoring. Work with REST/SOAP, file-based, and event-driven patterns.
Database Developer
Develop and optimize Oracle SQL / PL/SQL on Oracle ATP, and work with PostgreSQL where used by OTS for supporting applications, staging, sync, and operational data needs.
UI / Extension Contributor
Support low-code UI and extensions using Visual Builder (VBCS) — JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON — when required for Finance-facing solutions.
Automation Enabler
Contribute to low-code automation using Oracle Integration RPA (Robots), Process Automation, and Fusion AI Agents / Agent Studio, where these reduce manual Finance/ops work.
Delivery & Ops Contributor
Support testing, release readiness, deployments, and controlled change via FlexDeploy / GitLab CI-CD patterns used by OTS. Help with monitoring/troubleshooting (e.g. Grafana, operational runbooks) and BAU incident resolution for reports, jobs, integrations, and database objects.
Continuous Improvement Driver
Improve reporting standards, performance, reliability, documentation, and delivery practices across the OTS technical landscape.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
