We are looking for an enthusiastic and hospitality-driven In Room Dining Associate who knows how to bring the hotel experience directly to our guests’ rooms. In Room Dining is all about providing personal, high-quality service. Whether a guest orders breakfast in bed, dinner after a long day, or simply wants to enjoy a drink in the comfort of their room, you make sure that every order is delivered with the same warmth and attention they would receive in our restaurants. As an In Room Dining Associate , you are responsible for creating an excellent dining experience from the moment an order is placed until everything has been delivered and presented perfectly in the guest’s room. You prepare orders for delivery, make sure everything is complete and beautifully presented, and personally deliver food and beverages to our guests. With your friendly and professional approach, you make every interaction feel welcoming and personal. You understand that the details make the difference. You make sure orders arrive on time, check that everything meets our quality standards and respond quickly and professionally to any additional guest requests. Of course, you don’t do this alone. You work closely with the kitchen and F&B team to ensure smooth communication and excellent service throughout the entire guest experience.
