US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role
Who is Credible?
Credible is a leading U.S. consumer finance marketplace, transforming the way consumers access and compare financial products. We operate at a consumer and enterprise level. On the consumer side, we help millions of people make smarter financial decisions by comparing personalized, pre-qualified offers across student loans, personal loans, mortgages, credit cards, and insurance — all without impacting their credit score. On the enterprise side, we power financial product comparison and distribution through deep integrations and partnerships with lenders, insurance carriers, and financial institutions, as well as providing marketplace technology and capabilities to third-party partners and distribution channels.
About the Role:
Credible is seeking an analytical, testing-obsessed Director of Conversion Rate Optimization to turn organic traffic into incremental revenue. Millions of consumers reach Credible and our tier-1 publishing partners through search every year. This role owns what happens next: how our comparison experiences, widgets, calls to action, and page layouts perform, and how partner promotions are scheduled and optimized to maximize revenue.
You will build and run a rigorous experimentation program across Credible.com and our publisher partner network, and take ownership of promotion scheduling for a flagship publishing partner. You will be accountable for performance, working cross functionally with product, SEO, content, BI, and Data Science.
This is an individual contributor role with high visibility and direct, measurable revenue impact. You will report into the organic growth leadership team. The ideal candidate is deeply analytical, comfortable standing up new reporting and workflows from scratch, and can explain in dollars what happened, why it happened, and what we’re doing about it.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive incremental revenue through conversion rate optimization and disciplined testing across Credible.com and our tier-1 publishing partner properties.
• Design, prioritize, and run A/B and multivariate tests on widget placement, widget type, CTA copy, page layout, design, and color, and translate results into clear recommendations and shipped changes.
• Own promotion scheduling for our key publishing partner, including the performance of promoted offers, and be accountable for the revenue results with support from BI and Data Science on the optimization algorithms.
• Build and maintain a testing roadmap and backlog, with clear hypotheses, sample size and duration requirements, success metrics, and documented learnings.
• Stand up reporting and workflows for CRO and promotion performance, including dashboards that tie tests and promotions to revenue per visit, conversion rate, and total revenue impact.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to write requirements for page, template, and widget improvements, and ship them on a predictable cadence.
• Work closely with SEO team members to ensure organic entry pages are optimized for both traffic and conversion, and share insights that inform content and template strategy.
• Collaborate with partner and Editorial teams to align promotions, placements, and content with partner goals, brand standards, and compliance requirements.
• Diagnose changes in performance down to the page, placement, offer, and funnel stage, and communicate findings and next steps to leadership and stakeholders.
• Conduct opportunity sizing and ROI modeling to prioritize tests and promotions, balancing near-term revenue impact with long-term user trust.
• Foster a culture of experimentation across the organization, sharing results and best practices.
• Stay current on CRO, personalization, experimentation tooling, and financial services conversion best p
