Senior Cybersecurity & Incident Response Lead – Dintero

About the role What does good security look like when payments, customer data and systems need to work around the clock? Dintero is looking for a senior security professional who can bring experience from real incidents and turn risk into practical action. About Dintero Dintero is a Norwegian fintech company that builds and operates its own payment platform, covering more than checkout – from transactions to settlement and risk. The platform handles more than 150 million API calls per month, and the company has direct access to Visa and Mastercard. For a security lead, this means protecting real payment flows and customer information while helping a growing company prepare for serious incidents. You will work close to engineering and leadership, with short decision paths and an opportunity to shape playbooks, exercises and priorities around the risks that matter most. The role is on-site in Nydalen, Oslo. What you will do • Own incident response readiness, playbooks and exercises • Lead investigations, containment, recovery and post-incident learning • Improve detection, logging, monitoring and security operations • Prioritise vulnerabilities and improvements based on real risk • Work closely with engineering, platform and leadership Who we are looking for • Senior hands-on experience in cybersecurity and incident response • Experience handling real attacks or serious security incidents • Strong understanding of cloud, applications, identity and infrastructure • Ability to make clear decisions under pressure What we offer • Direct responsibility for security in critical financial infrastructure • A technically strong environment with short decision paths • Real influence over priorities and preparedness • Competitive salary and the possibility of stock options Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and interviews are held continuously.
