Customer Service Agent - Tower Bridge

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT • You are the first point of contact for our customers, friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service • You impress with tailored offers and make every customer interaction a special experience • You handle rental agreements and customer inquiries, organised, service-oriented and always with a smile • You confirm any damage with customers, ensuring they sign the necessary documents and notify the Branch Manager • You support branch operations through various vehicle management tasks, including refuelling, deliveries and collections between branches, and preparing, cleaning and valeting vehicles to maintain our premium standards YOUR SKILLS MATTER • Sales Mindset You love sales and are passionate about service and customer support • Customer Focus You have experience in direct customer contact, ideally in service, tourism or sales • Communication You are communicative and articulate in English • Flexibility You are flexible, team-oriented and bring full energy to shift work, including weekends and holidays • Driving Experience You hold a valid driver's licence with at least 12 months of driving experience WHAT WE OFFER • Top-Tier Pay Structure Earn a competitive salary regardless of gender or background, and benefit from a monthly bonus.
