Experienced Guidance Navigation & Control Engineer Company: Boeing Poland sp. z o.o. EFS Boeing Engineering Center is currently seeking an Experienced Guidance Navigation & Control Engineer to join our team in Gdansk, Poland. Position Responsibilities: • Develop system requirements to establish system design and manage requirements in DOORS. • Perform design validations and verification activities, documents and resolve technical issues during testing and integration. • Works with cross-functional teams to define, document and manage system interfaces. • Develop system design documentation. • Conduct root cause analysis and develop dispositions for complex design non-conformances. • Research on technical, operational and quality issues occurred in service. • Product development of complex systems, from the conceptual phase through to the introduction of the new product. • Assesses potential safety issues related to Autoflight systems. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science. • Experience in System Engineering and technical disciplines related to Flight Control. • Minimum 3 years’ design experience with Autoflight systems. Knowledge of Autoflight systems operation principles. • Knowledge of Systems design concepts and techniques.  • Upper-Intermediate English level in both written and verbal is a must.
