Reporting to the Manager, Employee Communications, you will play a key role providing strategic communications counsel, and developing and implementing communication plans and strategies to support business objectives.  Key stakeholder groups may vary, but will initially include Human Resources, Law & Regulation and Risk teams.    Accountabilities:     • Develop and lead comprehensive communication strategies to support business objectives within the Human Resources, Law & Regulation and Risk teams.   • Provide strategic communications counsel and support to key stakeholders and senior executives, including presentations, speaking notes, video scripts and articles that resonate with target audiences  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on delivery of internal communications for a variety of special or business-as-usual projects  • Monitor, measure and report on the effectiveness of communications initiatives and programs, ensuring recommendations are rooted in data and analytics  • Assure adherence to established communication standards, including design and translation  • Conduct research into trends, best practices and employee feedback to optimize communication planning and outcomes  • Other employee communications activities and duties as assigned    Qualifications:     • High level of oral and written communication skills and advanced storytelling capabilities, with the ability to simplify complex information  • Proven experience consulting with and writing for executives and senior management, working with interdisciplinary teams and managing communications processes  • Communicat
