Tegelijkertijd ontstaan kansen om handelsstromen slimmer, efficiënter en kosten-effectiever in te richten. Als Senior Customs & Trade Consultant bij Customs Support Group help jij organisaties om die uitdagingen om te zetten in concrete oplossingen. Je combineert diepgaande kennis van douane en internationale handel met strategisch inzicht, commercieel gevoel en de ambitie om daadwerkelijk impact te maken. Je adviseert nationale en internationale ondernemingen, leidt uitdagende consultancyprojecten en ontwikkelt samen met klanten innovatieve oplossingen. Geen traditionele adviesrol, maar een positie waarin inhoudelijke expertise, ondernemerschap en daadwerkelijke implementatie samenkomen. Wat ga je doen? Je bent een vertrouwd adviseur voor klanten, variërend van ambitieuze mkb-organisaties tot internationale multinationals. Je beweegt je gemakkelijk tussen complexe douanevraagstukken, strategische besluitvorming en operationele verbeteringen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: • Strategisch douaneadvies: adviseren over internationale handelsstructuren, douaneregelingen, tariefindeling, oorsprong, douanewaarde en optimalisatie van douanekosten. • Customs & Trade Compliance: begeleiden van organisaties bij AEO, vergunningen, interne beheersing, risicomanagement en naleving van internationale handelswetgeving. • Business Transformation: analyseren en verbeteren van douaneprocessen, governance en internationale supplychains, waarbij je regelgeving vertaalt naar praktische oplossingen. • Digitalisering & Innovatie: adviseren over de inzet van technologie, data, automatisering en AI binnen douane- en handelsprocessen. • Projectmanagement: zelfstandig leiden van complexe adviestrajecten, van analyse en advies tot implementatie en resultaat. • Business Development: herkennen van commerciële kansen, ontwikkelen van klantproposities en ondersteunen bij het uitbouwen van duurzame klantrelaties. • Thought Leadership: delen van expertise via trainingen, workshops, presentaties en kennissessies voor klanten en collega's.
