About the role

About the Role Join an early-stage B2B SaaS team building AI-powered software for certification, inspection, and compliance workflows. You will work directly with customers to understand how operations happen in practice, then turn those insights into production-ready systems. What You'll Do • Embed with customer operations teams to learn their certification, inspection, and compliance workflows. • Run customer calls, write specifications, and build end-to-end software across frontend, backend, data, and model layers. • Take ownership of product areas and ship working software quickly, refining it through direct user feedback. • Assess customer requests and determine which needs can support broadly useful product capabilities. • Analyze customer documents and outputs to develop AI-powered workflows for scheduling, technical review, conformity assessment, field inspection, and document intelligence. What We're Looking For • Three to six years of software or product engineering experience, with a track record of shipping production systems. • Full-stack development skills, including Python, TypeScript, React, Node.js, SQL, and experience with AI/ML, LLMs, document intelligence, or cloud infrastructure. • Experience building products or systems from the ground up, ideally in an early-stage startup or founding engineering environment. • Ability to work directly with customers, communicate clearly, and translate complex operational needs into robust software. • A strong academic background and solid engineering fundamentals. • Experience in forward-deployed engineering or customer-facing product engineering is beneficial. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: GBP 100,000 to GBP 160,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available. Location On-site in England, United Kingdom. Find Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow
