Procurement Agent - Experienced or Senior Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Procurement Agent (Experienced or Senior) to join our team in Ridley Park, PA .   The successful candidate will have strong knowledge in US Government Prime Contracts of high value procurements, subcontract management and background in services, support services and strategic agreements.   Position Responsibilities: • Provide oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance • Lead negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions • Prepare and execute negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements • Interpret and enforce contract terms and conditions • Consult with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues • Lead supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities • Participate on supply chain process improvement teams and identify improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): • 4+ years of experience in Procurement • 4+ years of experience interacting with customers or suppliers regarding contract requirements and/or proposals • 4+ years of experience with negotiating, documenting and contracting for products, services and/or technologies • 4+ years of experience drafting, negotiating, and executing complex contracts and sub-contracts • 4+ years of experience working both independently and in team environments • 4+ years of experience with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Project) Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): • 7 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education or experience • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field • 3+ years of experience creating, interpreting and/or enforcing technical requirements • 3+ years of experience negotiating non-competitive, government procurements and FAR-compliant proposals that exceed the Truth In Negotiations Act (TINA) threshold   Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process   Credit Check: This position will require a credit check   Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies .   Total Rewards & Pay Transparency: At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.  Elements of the Total Rewards package include competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities.    The Boeing Company also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and a number of programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.    The specific programs and options available to any given employee may vary depending on eligibility factors such as geographic location, date of hire, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.   Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.    Summary Pay Range - Experienced : $94,350 - $111,000 Summary Pay Range - Senior : $118,150 - $139,000 Language Requirements: Not Applicable Education: Not Applicable Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a ne
