About the Role As a Lead Generator, you will initiate contact with potential customers, understand their needs, and connect qualified leads with licensed agents who complete the insurance sale. You will communicate clearly across multiple channels and ensure every interaction reflects professionalism, empathy, and a positive customer experience. This role is ideal for people who enjoy connecting with others, asking great questions, and supporting customers through their buying journey.
