Program Manager - Transformation

What you’ll be doing Lead and govern enterprise transformation programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, timelines, budgets, and measurable outcomes. • Drive cross-functional collaboration among business, technology, operations, and executive stakeholders to manage change and remove delivery roadblocks. • Establish program governance, reporting, risk management, and performance tracking to ensure successful execution and executive visibility. • Identify opportunities for process optimization, organizational efficiency, and operating model improvements across the enterprise. • Support change management and team member engagement activities to improve adoption, communication, and sustainable business transformation outcomes. What We’re Looking For • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree, • 8+ years of experience in program management, enterprise transformation, strategic projects, or large-scale organizational change. • Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies; PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications preferred.
