About the role
Ready to put your theoretical knowledge into practice and take the next step in clinical research as a CRA?
At PSI CRO, we believe great CRAs can be developed, not simply hired. We are looking for a Junior Clinical Research Associate who is curious, motivated to learn, and ready to grow into clinical monitoring. You will work with experienced clinical research professionals, build hands-on knowledge of clinical trials, and develop the skills needed to manage investigative sites with confidence.
Office-based in Munich, Germany
You will:
• Conduct and report all types of onsite monitoring visits as well as remote visits
• Perform CRF review, source document verification and query resolution
• Maintain accurate trial documentation, and help ensure participant safety, data integrity and compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements
• Be responsible for site communication and management
• Build effective relationships with investigators and study teams
• Be involved in site identification process
• Completed advanced CRA/Clinical Monitoring training (e.g., mibeg, Pharmaakademie, or comparable)
• University degree in life sciences, natural sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or another relevant scientific/healthcare field
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Good Clinical Practice and clinical trial processes
• Prior experience in clinical research is preferrable
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and willingness to take accountability
• Ability to manage several priorities and learn quickly
• Very good German and English language skills
• Willingness to travel to investigational sites within Germany
Why join PSI CRO?
Learn from experienced professionals. We have a strong focus on developing talent internally and providing junior professionals with the opportunity to build a long-term career in clinical research.
Build broad experience. Our CRAs can work across multiple sponsors and therapeutic areas rather than being permanently aligned to one sponsor, helping you develop a wider range of expertise.
Do work that matters. As a CRA, you contribute to the quality of clinical trials and ultimately to the development of new treatments for patients
Growth Opportunities
PSI is proud to invest in our people, from entry-level team members to senior leaders, helping you identify and hone your unique strengths at every step of your career. From on-the-job learning experiences to formal development programs, our professionals have a variety of opportunities to continue to grow throughout their career.
