About the role

About Hozah Hozah is a tech-led, award-winning company driving change in the parking industry and reimagining urban mobility. Our mission is simple but powerful: to transform parking into a seamless, automated experience, paving the way for smarter, more sustainable cities. With recent recognition as PayTech Company of the Year, a place among Deloitte's Top 50 Fastest Growing Tech Companies in the UK, and significant VC/PE investment, we're one of the fastest scaling companies in the country. And we're only getting started. We currently hold a small share of a large market, which means the opportunity ahead, for the business and for the people who join it now, is huge. The Role We're hiring a Key Account Manager to win new logos and then grow them. You'll find and open the door at landowners, managing agents, hotel groups and multi-site operators that have never worked with us, win their first site, and then earn the rest of their estate by delivering and building the relationship from the inside. This is a target-carrying sales role for someone who loves the hunt. Rather than inheriting a book of accounts to farm, you'll build your own: the accounts you develop will be the ones you win, and the commission you earn on them is uncapped. Cold calling and outbound prospecting are a core part of the job, so it suits someone who enjoys both landing the first deal and then multiplying it. You won't be running site go-lives, resolving driver appeals or chasing operational issues. Our Client Success Managers own the day-to-day running of each account, so your time goes on the commercial relationship, the next site and the next logo. Key responsibilities • Own a named list of target organisations and be accountable for converting them into Hozah clients — from first cold call to signed contract. • Own the growth of every account you win: map the estate, build relationships beyond the original buyer, and secure the next sites and additional services. • Hit your sales targets. You will carry a new-logo target and an account-expansion target, with commission on both. • Run a disciplined outbound engine: daily cold calling, email and LinkedIn sequences, event follow-up and referral asks, with the activity, pipeline and forecast recorded accurately in the CRM. • Run the full sales cycle yourself: discovery, site visits, proposals, commercial negotiation and close, with support from the wider team where a deal needs it. • Hand each new site to the Client Success Manager cleanly, with the commitments made in the sale written down, and stay the commercial owner of the relationship after go-live. • Hold regular commercial reviews with the accounts you own — performance, value delivered, and what else we can do for them. • Feed what you learn from prospects and clients back to the CEO, product and operations, so the proposition keeps improving. Who we're looking for We'll explore each of these during the interview process, so come ready with specific examples. • A track record of winning new logos in B2B sales, with the numbers to show for it: targets carried, attainment over multiple periods, and deals you personally sourced from cold. • A track record of then growing those accounts — not a career spent only developing accounts somebody else won. We want to see both halves: the first win and what you turned it into. • Genuine comfort with cold calling and outbound prospecting as a daily discipline, and the resilience to keep going through a run of rejections. • The ability to run a consultative sale: ask the questions that uncover the real problem, write a proposal that leads with it, and handle price and timing objections without caving or bulldozing. • Commercial judgement on deal structure — knowing when to hold price, what to tr
