We combine advanced machine tools, robotics and our own software, MasonOS, to make precision components for aerospace, defence, energy and frontier technology companies. Isembard factories are run by owner-operators: people who own and run their own factory on our systems, software and network. As new factories open, they need skilled machinists, setters and programmers.

Who we would like to hear from
• CNC machinists, setters and operators on milling, turning or mill-turn.
• CAM programmers and people who have proven out parts on the machine.
• Inspectors comfortable with CMMs and precision measurement.
• Apprentices and graduates who want to learn on modern 5-axis equipment.
