US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role

About Engine Engine is the AI-native platform for intelligent travel. For a decade, Engine has built the proprietary technology and supply behind modern business travel, serving over 40,000 customers and nearly 2 million travelers, along with leading travel and AI companies that build on Engine's infrastructure. One system powers business travel, group travel, human agents, and AI agents. That work has earned Engine recognition as TravelTech's Reservation Platform of the Year (2026), a spot on Inc.'s Power Partners list (2026), and one of Built In's Best Places to Work (2020–2026). We're looking for bold, ambitious people to help redefine how businesses manage and experience travel. Working here, you can expect exponential growth, an ambitious pace, full ownership, and high-caliber colleagues who push you to do the best work of your career. Every hire raises the bar. Come outpace the ordinary and build the future of travel with us. About the Role Engine is looking for a Partner Hub Solutions leader to grow and scale our advertising business across enterprise hotel chains, property management groups (PMGs), and destination marketing organizations (DMOs). Partner Hub is Engine's advertising platform for the hospitality supply ecosystem. This role owns a defined portfolio of Partner Hub advertising customers and drives new business across the supply base — selling, launching, and managing campaigns across our media portfolio (Spotlight, Carousel, 2XR / Elevate Plus, Group Spotlight, and future ad units). This is a hybrid account management and new business role. You will renew and expand a book of existing accounts, prospect and close new logos, build customized media proposals, quarterback campaign launches with Product and Engineering, and serve as the day-to-day commercial owner of your accounts. This role is ideal for a media or marketing sales professional who wants to own outcomes across a defined portfolio of enterprise hospitality accounts — someone who is equally comfortable pitching a $500K annual program to a chain CMO and optimizing weekly performance reports to keep a live campaign on track. What You'll Do • Own a book of Partner Hub advertising accounts across hotel chains, PMGs, and DMOs — driving renewals, upsells, and cross-sells across Spotlight, Carousel, 2XR / Elevate Plus, and Group Spotlight • Prospect, qualify, and close new business across the hospitality supply base — hotel chains, property management groups, and destination marketing organizations • Build customized marketing proposals (deck, memo, and mocks) that translate customer objectives — occupancy, mid-week compression, group demand, seasonal need periods, market share — into specific media plans with clear ROAS assumptions • Run campaigns end-to-end: brief creative, coordinate launch with Partner Hub PM and Engineering, monitor pacing and performance, deliver mid-flight optimizations, and produce end-of-flight recaps • Serve as the day-to-day partner contact for your accounts, leading QBRs, campaign check-ins, and performance reviews • Partner with Partner Hub PM and Engineering to surface customer feedback, prioritize campaign-blocking gaps, and inform the product roadmap • Maintain accurate Salesforce hygiene across pipeline, forecast, and account activity, and contribute to weekly and monthly commercial reviews • Represent Engine at partner-facing meetings, joint business planning sessions, and select industry events What You'll Bring • 10+ years of experience in media sales, marketing sales, ad-tech / mar-tech account roles, or destination / hospitality marketing • Track record carrying quota and growing a book of enterprise accounts against both renewal and new-logo targets • Background in media solutions, digital advertis
