About the role
We are looking for a Senior Network Infrastructure Analyst to act as a technical reference for the support, evolution, and transformation of Experian’s corporate network infrastructure.
This is a strongly hands-on role covering LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN environments. The professional will be responsible for advanced troubleshooting, resolution of critical incidents, implementation of improvements, support for strategic projects, and evolution of technical standards across the network environment.
The role will work closely with local and global Network Engineering, Network Operations, Security, Field Services, and other infrastructure teams, helping maintain a resilient, secure, scalable, and high-performance network environment.
Key responsibilities:
• Act as a technical Subject Matter Expert for Campus Network services.
• Support enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN environments, performing advanced troubleshooting across complex and large-scale networks.
• Lead or participate in the resolution of critical incidents, including technical war rooms when required.
• Plan, execute, and oversee critical infrastructure changes, ensuring impact analysis, risk mitigation, testing, and rollback plans.
• Participate in network design, implementation, expansion, modernization, and transformation initiatives.
• Support Cisco switching, routing, and wireless environments, including Cisco DNA Center or Catalyst Center.
• Support Fortinet environments, including FortiGate, Secure SD-WAN, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiAP, FortiSwitch, and FortiNAC.
• Develop implementation and migration strategies for medium and high-complexity projects.
• Contribute to network configuration standards, architecture, documentation, and engineering best practices.
• Support enterprise Wi-Fi optimization, including coverage, capacity, performance, interference, and end-user experience analysis.
• Use monitoring and observability tools to proactively identify issues and improve MTTI, MTTD, and MTTR.
• Identify opportunities for network automation and programmability using technologies such as Python, Ansible, Terraform, REST APIs, and Git.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, operational procedures, and Methods of Procedure.
• Work with technology vendors, partners, and telecommunications carriers.
• Mentor junior and mid-level professionals, promoting knowledge sharing and technical best practices.
• Communicate complex technical topics clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including leadership.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth, hands-on execution, ownership, and collaboration. This professional should be able to investigate complex problems, lead the technical response to high-impact incidents, propose improvements, and contribute directly to the evolution of the Campus Network architecture.
• Advanced English, with the ability to participate in technical meetings with global teams and create or interpret technical documentation.
• Advanced hands-on experience with enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN environments.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, Spanning Tree, BGP, OSPF, HSRP, QoS, and advanced network troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco switching, routing, wireless technologies, and Cisco DNA Center or Catalyst Center.
• Strong hands-on experience with Fortinet technologies, including FortiGate, Secure SD-WAN, FortiManager, and FortiAnalyzer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Networks, Engineering, or a related field, with Cisco CCNA and Fortinet FCP/NSE 4 certification or equivalent technical knowledge.
