Senior Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant - Day Rate Contract - Outside IR35

**This role can be based anywhere in the UK. Our Office locations are Aberdeen, Glasgow, Belfast, Manchester, Farnham & London** Telefonica Tech is looking for a contract Senior/Principal Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of our AI Business Solutions pillar, leveraging your deep Dynamics expertise to lead high-profile Business Central projects. • Working with clients to understand and define their business processes and configure D365 Business Central accordingly. • Supporting clients with configuration tasks, data migration, and end-to-end testing. • Delivering end-user training and coaching tailored to client needs. • Designing and testing D365 Business Central customisations and supporting client acceptance. • Participating in go-live cutover exercises and ensuring data is reconciled back to legacy systems. • Guiding projects with daily communication with customers or project managers. • Participating in design and architecting sessions with fellow consultants. • Supervising and mentoring junior consultants to support their development. Desired Skills & Experience • Proven experience delivering full lifecycle Dynamics 365 implementations. • Deep understanding of D365 Business Central across core modules and processes including Finance, &/OR Manufacturing and Warehousing • Proficiency in leading workshops, knowledge transfer, and training sessions both in-person and remotely. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to design, configure, and validate Business Central solutions in line with business needs. • Awareness of business intelligence and AI tools such as Power BI, SSRS, and Copilot is highly advantageous. • Hands-on experience with key ISV extensions for Business Central, particularly in finance, reporting, or supply chain contexts.
