This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Sentinel Program. Northrop Grumman supports the Air Force’s sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities and associated infrastructure. What You’ll Get to Do: • Assist with software design and development of specialized tools and techniques. • Provides/authors documentation, participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews in accordance with the Government's software development procedures and processes. Program systems in languages including C, C++, Java, and Python. • Develop Windows, Linux, and cross-compiled applications; Embedded platform development using proprietary, COTS, GOTS, or open-source build environments. • Supporting the software life cycle engineering execution to include design, integration, verification, deployment, and in-service support. • Support the design and implementation of sustainable continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for multiple products. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off Basic Qualifications: Senior Principal Software Engineer: 8 Years with Bachelor’s in related field of study, 6 Years with Masters, 4 Years with PhD or 04 additional years in lieu of a degree. • U.S. citizenship required with an active Secret clearance/SAP at day 1. • Strong communication skills and the ability mentor and coach junior engineers. • Hands-on programming experience with one or more
