About the role

Chowbus is a leading Asian restaurant technology SaaS platform, with deep roots in the North American market for years. Currently, we stand as a pioneering enterprise in the North American Asian Restaurant SaaS sector. Driven by precise market positioning and efficient product services, our business has achieved doubled growth annually, covering over 30 core states and 100 key cities across the U.S., and partnering with more than 10,000 Asian restaurants. We build tech ecosystems that help restaurants grow, serve with heart, and uplift their communities. Our vision is to create a world where culturally rooted food entrepreneurs thrive everywhere. As a Sales Manager in Seattle, you own a territory and the full sales cycle with the city's Thai restaurant community: finding restaurants through cold calls and walk-ins, running demos in Thai or English, closing deals, and taking care of your accounts after launch. Many owners already run Toast, Square or Clover, so a big part of the job is showing them, in their own language, why switching is worth it. What You'll Focus On • Build your own pipeline across Seattle's Thai restaurants through cold calls, walk-ins and referrals • Run demos with restaurant owners in Thai or English and close deals, often against Toast, Square and Clover • Hand signed restaurants to our technicians for installation • Own your accounts after launch and grow them with additional Chowbus products • Build your network in the local Thai restaurant and business community • Keep your pipeline up to date in our CRM What You Bring • Fluent in Thai and English, spoken and written (required) • 1+ years of quota-carrying, full-cycle B2B or outside sales; restaurant POS or payments experience (Toast, Square, Clover, SpotOn, Lightspeed, ISO/merchant services) strongly preferred • A track record of hitting or beating quota, with numbers you can walk us through • Comfortable cold calling and walking into restaurants to start conversations with owners • Existing connections in Seattle's Thai restaurant community are a strong plus • Self-directed and organized enough to run your own territory • Lives in or near Seattle; valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer • Uncapped commission on every deal • Guaranteed commission draw during your first 3 months while you ramp • A clear path from Sales Manager to Senior Sales Manager and team leadership • Hands-on training on the product, the restaurant business and competitive selling • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) • 100% employer-paid Short-Term Disability (STD) • 100% employer-paid Life Insurance and option for additional employee-paid Life Insurance • 100% employer-paid Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance and option for additional employee-paid AD&D Insurance • Company holidays • Birthday off • Paid Parental Leave • Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Fuel reimbursement Target first-year earnings (OTE) for this role are $120,000 – $160,000, made up of a base salary of $50,000 – $80,000 plus uncapped commission. Base salary depends on experience; commission depends on results, and top performers earn above the target range.
