Process Expert Indirect Material I2P

► Take ownership of and support the analysis, mapping, and optimization of processes across various areas of indirect material—ranging from material master data creation to procurement and warehousing ► Assist with S/4 HANA implementation and 3rd-party solutions, supporting I2P Process Experts and interdisciplinary teams during international rollouts ► Provide support for queries and issues related to Indirect Material I2P in SAP R/3, S/4 HANA, and associated systems ► Derive business requirements and assist with regression testing, among other operational tasks ► Conduct training sessions for Key Users within PT on the usage of new systems and corresponding processes ► Act as an interface to Indirect Purchasing at GS and Material Master Data for central processes & solutions ► Support the analysis and realization of potential in purchasing volumes and inventory levels for indirect materials (MRO) within I2P (Invest-to-Produce) ► Completed university degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Technology, Supply Chain Management, Logistics) or a comparable qualification ► Several years of professional experience in procurement, indirect materials (MRO), and/or material master data management within a global organization ► Proven experience in process management, process mapping/modeling, harmonization, and continuous improvement initiatives ► Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement, supply chain, and logistics/manufacturing processes ► Practical experience with SAP ERP (SAP R/3, S/4HANA) processes and master data concepts (SAP Material Master) ► Solid background in project management methodologies and familiarity with Agile ways of working ► Experience working with cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams ► Proficiency in reporting and data analysis tools ► Proactive mindset with a strong focus on quality, standardization, operational excellence, and ownership of tasks and projects ► Excellent communication skills with fluency in English ► Willingness to travel occasionally #LikeABosch  Benefits: Your  work-life  balance is valuable to us, so we offer you: • 22 - 27 days of annual leave , because work-life balance is essential to us • Flexible working hours • Our  Hybrid program  is designed to combine working from office and from home, offering flexibility and a balanced approach • Up to 3 days off for private purposes Your  health  and  well-being  is important to us, so we have you covered: • Medical subscription for annual health check ups • Paid private health insurance • Mental health and well-being initiatives We believe in  a Life-Long Learning  approach, supporting your growth through: • Technical and soft skills training, according to the needs of your role and career path • A mentorship program and personalized development plans • English and German language courses, provided based on job requirements and responsibilities • Local and global career development programs • Opportunities to attend conferences, that align with your professional goals You will be part of a  product company .
