Job Category Technology Compensation Overview The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards. What Will You Do? • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that support Personal Insurance digital transformation initiatives • Write clean, maintainable code following Salesforce best practices and development standards • Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions that enhance customer experience • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using APIs • Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance processes to ensure robust solutions • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the Salesforce platform • Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and emerging technologies to continuously improve technical skills What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have? • 4+ years of hands-on software development experience building and maintaining enterprise applications • Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs) is a strong plus but not required • Proven experience writing production-quality code in object-oriented languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript • Track record of designing and implementing RESTful APIs and integrating systems through web services • Demonstrated ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate within cro
