About the role

Are you ready to turn real-world data into practice-changing evidence that improves outcomes for people living with asthma and COPD? In this US-focused leadership role based in Wilmington, DE, you will shape the clinical and economic value story for our inhaled respiratory portfolio, including Airsupra and Breztri, and translate it into the language of payers, health systems, and policy makers. Working at the center of a highly collaborative network across Medical, Market Access, Field Medical, Commercial Insights, and Brand, you will design and deliver evidence programs that close in-market gaps, inform strategy, and enable appropriate access and uptake. How would you build a payer-ready evidence plan that anticipates emerging policy shifts? Where would you focus first to remove barriers to appropriate use in routine care? Accountabilities: • US Value Proposition and Brand Alignment: Partner with US Medical, Market Access, Commercial Insights, and Brand teams to define and strengthen the clinical and economic value proposition for Airsupra and Breztri; align evidence priorities to brand strategy and high-stakes US decision points to drive appropriate use and access. • Integrated Evidence Leadership: Lead facilitation of the Scientific Narrative and development of the Integrated Evidence Plan; operationalize core messages across publications, congress presentations, payer dossiers, and field resources to shape decision-maker perceptions. • RWE Program Design and Delivery: Design, execute, and report observational studies, target trial emulations, registries, and pragmatic effectiveness research; apply causal inference and robust bias mitigation to generate credible insights that influence medical and access strategies. • Real-World Data Strategy: Identify, evaluate, and secure fit-for-purpose claims, EMR, registry, and linked datasets; champion representativeness and health equity in study design so findings reflect US clinical practice. • Economic and Payer Evidence: Build and contribute to cost-effectiveness and budget impact models; author AMCP Dossier sections and provide evidence inputs for PVP decks, formulary submissions, and contracting strategy to enable payer-ready value stories. • Field Medical Enablement: Translate RWE outputs into clear, actionable insights and tools for MSLs and Clinical Account Directors engaging health systems, IDNs, payers, and population health leaders. • Evidence-to-Practice Translation: Co-own the evidence-to-practice handoff with Implementation Science counterparts to ensure RWE leads to interventions that change care and outcomes. • External Partnerships: Cultivate collaborations with academic investigators, learning health systems, real-world data providers, patient advocacy groups, and relevant registries or quality-measure bodies to co-design studies and expand data access. • Global Alignment: Coordinate with global evidence and health economics counterparts to align methods and assets, and ensure US outputs inform HTA submissions, economic models, and global value dossiers. • Responsible AI Use: Apply AI/ML tools in literature review, automated data quality checks, and signal detection with human-in-the-loop oversight; document methods and lead peer learning to strengthen team capability. • Research Governance and Compliance: Adhere to research governance processes, including protocol review and scientific committee approvals; ensure compliance with HIPAA, GCP, and internal SOPs, and contribute to internal methods development and peer review.  Essential Skills/Experience: • Education.
