About the role

Unlock Your Impossible A proven legacy. A global stage. A new generation of leaders. Bring your ambition. Expand your world. Shape what’s next. For years, the GOLD program has helped build the leadership strength of AD. More than 100 leaders developed through the program have progressed into director-level or mission-critical roles, becoming a core part of AD’s leadership capability. Today, GOLD returns—building on that successful history with a renewed ambition: to develop the next generation of leaders who will take AD forward. Designed for outstanding university graduates and early-career professionals with 0-3 years of experience, GOLD combines the strength of a proven leadership program with real responsibility, extraordinary learning opportunities and global exposure. GOLD is more than a traditional management trainee program. It is a selective, experience-led leadership journey that combines real business responsibility, cross-functional exposure, senior mentorship and structured development. Over an intensive 24-month journey, participants will work on assignments linked to our customers, operations and strategic priorities. Each experience is designed to build an enterprise perspective, deepen functional capability and strengthen the judgement required to lead in a changing business environment. Participants will learn from experienced leaders while also bringing fresh perspectives, digital fluency and new ideas into the organization. Development will be tailored to demonstrated capability. Participants will share a common leadership foundation, but their assignments and learning priorities will reflect their previous experience, strengths and development needs. This allows every participant to be stretched appropriately while working toward one consistent standard of leadership readiness. For candidates, GOLD offers the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility, gain visibility across the organization and accelerate progress toward a significant long-term career. For our organization, GOLD is a strategic investment in leadership continuity, critical-capability development and the transfer of valuable institutional knowledge to a new generation.   WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain, International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, Foreign Languages (English), Packaging Engineering, or related disciplines. • Experience: Fresh university graduates or early-career professionals with up to 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, or B2B Merchandising.
