About the role

Everpure (NYSE: P) has evolved from storage pioneer to data platform, closing fiscal 2026 with $3.7 billion in revenue, its first billion-dollar quarter, and accelerating growth into FY27. Our strategic agenda spans the companies defining the next era of technology - hyperscalers, AI labs, the AI hardware supply chain, data platform providers, and the broader AI ecosystem. This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us. THE ROLE Reporting to the Director of Social Impact, the Social Impact Manager will lead delivery of Everpure’s social impact programs in India and the APJ (Asia-Pacific Japan) region. In this role, you will own the delivery of India CSR grantmaking and APJ-wide employee giving, volunteering and strategic grants, collaborating with volunteer champions to adapt our global frameworks to make a measurable difference in the communities where we work. You will also oversee Everpure’s qualified distributions in compliance with the India Companies Act of 2013. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Lead India CSR Giving: Oversee Everpure’s India CSR statutory fund disbursal under the Companies Act 2013, partnering with the Director of Social Impact, India site leadership, legal and finance. Manage the annual CSR cycle, including CSR Committee and Board reporting inputs, annual CSR report content, unspent-funds tracking and the March 31 spend deadline. • Source and Manage Grantees: Identify, vet and recommend nonprofit partners aligned with Everpure’s social impact pillars, applying our global grants framework to India CSR and APJ grants. Manage grantee relationships, grant execution and impact tracking. • Activate APJ Employee Engagement: Serve as the primary social impact contact for APJ, working with Pure Good Leadership Councils, Employee Resource Groups and business partners to make a positive impact in the community. Adapt the Pure Good Center of Excellence model for the region, feeding lessons back into the global model. • Represent Pure Good in the Region: Act as a trusted advisor to APJ leaders on how social impact supports talent, customer and brand priorities. Represent the Social Impact team at staff meetings, site all-hands and community events; represent Everpure at internal forums and external networks such as CSR roundtables and industry panels. • Track and Report Impact: Track APJ and India CSR program data (participation, grants, spend and impact metrics) for global impact reporting, including PoP survey insights, and document regional processes and decisions. WHAT YOU BRING • 7–10 years in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), including end-to-end management of India Companies Act qualified distributions. • In-depth knowledge of India CSR regulations (Section 135) and statutory compliance frameworks. • Demonstrated experience managing grant lifecycles, grantee due diligence and impact measurement. • Strong understanding of the socio-economic and nonprofit landscape in APJ, especially India. • Proven ability to influence without authority across global, cross-functional teams, with the judgment to adapt global programs locally and know when to escalate. • Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and large employee groups. • Comfort working independently day to day as the team’s APJ presence, reporting to a US-based manager. We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave. #LI-ONSITE WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US: • Innovation : We celebrate those who think critical
