About the role
・車載用半導体ビジネスにおける複数の顧客の営業窓口。
・新規プロジェクト獲得のためのプロジェクトリーディングや管理。
・獲得済みプロジェクトや量産納入案件の営業タスクのハンドリング。
・ボッシュ内の関連部門(主にドイツ)との連携・折衝。
・頻繁に国内出張あり（1～3日/週）。
・顧客とのワークショップ、工程監査などの対応で海外出張あり（2～4回/年）。
・日系完成車メーカーや日系自動車部品サプライヤーとの半導体ビジネスにおける営業担当としての経験4年以上。
・ビジネスを開拓する事への熱意。
・半導体の基礎知識を保有。
・語学力
- 日本語：顧客とのコミュニケーションに支障がない事（ネイティブレベル）
- 英語：社内、社外でのコミュニケーションに支障がない事（ビジネスレベル）
