About the role
• 熟悉座舱产品各模块的功能定义（PRD）。
• 结合客户产品功能定义， 设计HMI， 并指导app开发团队和HMI开发团队完成任务。
• 管理HMI外包供应商的开发， 根据项目节点保证HMI开发团队按时完成交付。
• 英语沟通能力需满足海外客户的专业对接。
• 有座舱产品的前沿创新能力，关注用户体验，大胆创新，对现有产品提出更合理的创意。
• 结合GAS对HMI的要求，指导HMI设计满足GAS要求。
• 满足工作的专业英语沟通能力。
• 3年或以上HMI设计，开发和交付经验。
• 5年或以上座舱产品定义或开发经验。
• 电子电气或设计相关专业的学士或硕士学位。
• 了解汽车行业tier1 开发流程，以及需求管理流程。
• 良好的团队沟通协作能力，工作认真负责，执行能力强。
• 具备抗压能力，能够适应高强度工作和客户现场驻场需求。
